Garden-inspired chocolates are available on a seasonal basis. Dolce Bella Chocolates take freshness to a whole new level. Berries, citrus, flowers, and herbs are picked the very morning, sometimes within minutes of being incorporated into a creamy ganache and piped into a hand-molded chocolate shell. The results are fresh flavors rarely found out of the garden. We use dark chocolate for most of our ganaches, but white chocolate allows some of the delicate flavors such as raspberry, passion fruit, meyer lemon, and Tahitian vanilla to come through. Our chocolates are made with E-Guittard chocolate locally made using old-world traditional methods since the 1860s. None of our chocolates contain extracts or preservatives.

Traditional Chocolates such as our popular hand-dipped caramels, mocha, deep dark and Grand Marnier, are made year-round from top shelf ingredients. Nut clusters and toffee are made with freshly roasted California almonds and walnuts.

Hand-Molded Boxes and Figures such as Santas and Easter Bunnies, are available for special occasions and holidays.

Corporate and Special Events: If you would like to send chocolates to multiple recipients as corporate or personal gifts, we can make it very easy. After contacting us by phone or e-mail to assure availability and confirm ship date, simply enter the recipients names and addresses into our excel spread sheet and e-mail it to us. If your recipient list needs to be modified as the holidays draw near, we can make those changes for you before the order is shipped. We’ll ship the chocolates on the agreed date. When your chocolates are shipped, your credit card will be charged and you will receive a e-mail notice. As the chocolates are made by hand, fresh to order, production is limited and we recommended that holiday gifts are ordered early.
